Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were immaculate with a beautiful en suite, well-equipped with good facilities and the lovely little bottles of toiletries added a nice touch. The only downside was the smoke alarm being a bit sensitive. The service exceeded my expectations; everyone from the waiting staff to housekeeping to the receptionists really seemed to enjoy working there and made sure to deliver fantastic customer service. The location was in a spacious area with terrific views and even helped in avoiding the chaos of getting to the tunnel. Dining with marvellous views of the golf course was a highlight, although the home-baked Alentejo bread was a bit lacking. The facilities were great overall.
The hotel offers excellent rooms with very comfortable beds and wonderful little bottles of toiletries, but is a bit pricey for the value. The service, especially from the receptionist, is exceptional, going the extra mile for top-notch customer care. The location on a beautiful golf course provides amazing views, yet it's a bit remote. The dining with lovely golf course views is delightful, although somewhat pricy. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with friendly and attentive staff.
The hotel is nestled in a beautiful golf course setting, offering spacious areas with terrific views. The rooms boast comfy beds and come with wonderful little bottles of toiletries. The staff, from housekeeping to receptionists, provide excellent service. The dining with marvellous views of the golf course is a highlight. The value for money is somewhat balanced by the absence of certain amenities.
